Everything is made to order. Nothing is held in stock, so your piece is embroidered after you place the order and posted from our partner in Blackburn, Lancashire.

Delivery

UK delivery is free and tracked. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, and return it for a refund. Tell us within those 14 days and you then have a further 14 days to send it back. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty.

Embroidery with our own mark is not personalisation — these are standard garments in standard sizes and colours, so your right to cancel is unaffected.

Faulty, damaged or wrong

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us with a photograph within 30 days and we will remake it or refund you in full, including postage. You do not have to send a faulty item back before we put it right.
